A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Dan Spencer has extensive experience in the food service industry. He began his career at the prestigious Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco under James Beard award winner, Gary Danko. Since then Dan has held the Executive Chef's positions at Bluewater Café in New Canaan, CT, and The Long Ridge Tavern in Stamford, CT. Dan has also appeared in the Television Food Network's show Ready, Set, Cook and has produced a cooking video: How to plan your Thanksgiving Dinner.
Dan's experience in catering and event planning stretches over 15 years from weddings to special parties to corporate functions of all sizes.
