Well, I am speechless with admiration! Honestly, Dan, everything was absolutely delicious! EVERYTHING! By lunch yesterday, whatever few leftovers remained were gone. It was perfect to pick up Saturday at 2, lasagna hot, right to the table, and wolfing down began. Everyone loved the salad, the gazpacho - but the pinnacle of course was the cakes. Patent that recipe - it's one of a kind. Tony and I can't thank you enough - you filled every conceivable culinary desire of 20 assorted people, and I have more in store.

It's Monday and both of you must be very tired after doing Courtney & Adam's wedding!!! I know we are, and we didn't have to cook a thing. It was wonderful. The food was spectacular. Everyone was raving about it, and still is. That's all Courtney cared about. It was all about the food and nothing else. We can not thank you enough for making this a memory that we will not forget. The carousel looked so beautiful, and we could not ask for a more perfect evening. The set up of the cocktail party outside as our guests arrived, to the punch, and the actual cocktail party over looking the New Haven Harbor after the service. The seafood bar was great, and to think that I thought we had ordered too much seafood. Everything was gone! Dinner and dessert were just as great. We appreciate the service of your staff and all the hard work that you and they did to make this wedding successful. We look forward to working with you again. All your kind thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated
